Suzy Forbes, Owner, Certified Medical Electrologist, Licensed Medical Aesthetician & Laser Hair Removal Technician
Suzy is a state and nationally-certified clinical and medical electrologist as well as a licensed esthetician. Suzy has her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Suzy has been an electrologist since 1996 and has been performing laser hair removal since 2000. She has been a licensed aesthetician, since 2005. She offers safe and permanent hair removal with minimal discomfort by using the latest, state-of-the-art laser technology. She also offers electrolysis which is available for those people with blonde, red or gray hair in which laser treatment is ineffective.
Dr. Patrick Carmichael, MD, Medical Director
Patrick R. Carmichael, MD, was born in Georgia and attended medical school at the University of South Florida. He completed his residency training at the University of Florida/ Alachua General Hospital program. After serving on the faculty at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Carmichael entered the practice in 1983. He has been re-certified in July 1998 and is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Carmichael serves as medical director and on-site board-certified physician. His services include Botox® and Dermal Fillers. He has 20 years of experience in the aesthetics field.
